Four Commissioners Observed the General Elections in Thailand The CNE, through its ordinary plenary held on 18-5-2011, has appointed four commissioners to carry out observations on the General Elections in Thailand. They are: Angelina L. Sarmento, Duarte Tilman, Lucas de Sousa and Manuela L.
